Enrollment policies, cancellation terms, and refund policy for all We Shoot Photo workshops and membership.

General Terms

By enrolling in a workshop offered by We Shoot Photo, you agree to these terms. All workshops are conducted in English unless otherwise stated.

Workshop places are confirmed only upon full payment. Prices are per person and include all instruction, materials, and location access unless stated otherwise.

We Shoot Photo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, enrolled participants will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or transfer to another date.

Participants are responsible for bringing their own camera equipment. Basic camera functionality is assumed unless the workshop is specifically listed as equipment-inclusive.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or transfer to another date, no questions asked.
  • 7–14 days before the workshop: 50% refund, or full credit valid for 12 months toward any future workshop.
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but credit valid for 12 months will be issued.
  • No-show: No refund or credit.

Photographs & Privacy

During workshops, instructors may photograph participants for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs used publicly, please notify us before the workshop begins.

We do not share personal data with third parties. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store card details.
